GOWFERS TO THE 'FOUR' AT FAULDHOUSE

Carnoustie Panmure travelled to Park View on Saturday to meet Fauldhouse United in their last away league fixture.Early on, Conway took a quick free kick to Clark, who hammered the ball into the goalmouth. In the ensuing scramble CAMPBELL knocked it over the line to give the Gowfers an early advantage.
In 37 minutes, Connelly played the ball through to Felvus, who barged into the back of Collier and went down. He required treatment before being helped to the touchline. As this was being done Martin saw yellow for comments made to the match official.
Before play restarted, the referee sensationally showed Felvus a straight red, presumably for comments made to him by the United player.
Three minutes later, Fauldhouse were reduced to nine ment when Campbell was fouled by Martin, who was shown a second yellow card, followed by the red.
In 43 minutes, Clark sent in a good ball to Reilly, whose shot was blocked away by McDonald. The ball fell back out to Clark, who sent in a great cross to HUNTER, who headed home, putting the Gowfers two ahead at the interval.

Things were getting very hectic in and around the Fauldhouse box and Carnoustie forced a series of corners when a Reilly shot was deflected past by Connelly.In 87 minutes, the Gowfers at last notched a third counter when VOIGT beat Maley in a 50-50 chase and dinked the ball over the 'keeper's head into the empty net.
Right on the 90 minute mark, CONWAY made it four with a great 35- yard shot from out on the left, which curled into the net off the inside of Maley's left-hand upright.
