This week we have continued speaking to players about extending their deals at the club and we are pleased to announce that winger Sam Simpson has put pen to paper on an extended deal with the club.
Season 2017/18 will be Sam’s fourth season at Carnoustie Panmure after joining on 2014, this season has seen him play in 30 games, scoring 12 goals placing him in joint second place in the Race For The Golden Boot with Jamie McCabe, two behind Gordon Macdonald.
Manager Alan McSkimming said “Sam is still a rough diamond and needs to continue to work on his game to improve, however, he has worked hard this season and done well so deserves his new deal”
