What’s your own position within the company and what does that role entail?

My name is Martin Paterson and I am Blackadder’s Director of Property Services and heads up our successful estate agency team.

I have over 30 years’ experience in property sales, I am also one of the few Fellows of the National Association of Estate Agents within Scotland. I ams past chairman of the Scottish NAEA and also council representative for Scotland, representing the views of Scottish members to the UK council. I sit on the Property Information Advisory Committee which puts me in a good position to appraise any new property legislation from the Scottish Executive. I am an expert on the local housing market and work closely also with many leading developers.

I am Brian Main,  I bring a  wealth of estate agency knowledge and experience having worked in the Dundee, Angus and Perthshire markets over many years. I have also managed a panel of over 160 estate agents located throughout Scotland which has gives me valuable experience on a national level.

I head up Blackadders Angus branches in both Forfar and Arbroath. On a day to day basis I guide clients through the process of bringing their property to the market.

Aberdeen, Arbroath, Dundee, Edinburgh, Forfar, Glasgow and Perth.
