Carnoustie Panmure are working hard behind the scenes to develop relationships with businesses in the Carnoustie and Angus areas as it looks at ways that it can develop and evolve.
General manager Mark Johnson said “We are already well supported by the corporate sector and have good working relationships with a number of businesses in the area. We have recently announced a continuation of the partnership with our Main Sponsors, D J Laing Homes and we announced that The Station Hotel would be our Away Kit Sponsors. Myself and new manager Phil McGuire have already had a meeting with Bryan Farquhar at The Station Hotel to discuss how we can improve our relationship and can confirm that our Sportsmans Brunch will be held at The Station Hotel in March as well as a Player Of The Year event at the end of the season. We will also be looking at holding other events at the hotel, going forward.”
“Our Corporate Partners are vital to us as a club, we want to take this club forward to the next level and it appears that doors are beginning to open that in the long term could see the club really develop and move forward, however, we need everybody to work together from the players on the park, through to the supporters and on to our Corporate Partners if we are to develop Carnoustie Panmure FC.”
“Phil, Finance Director Mike Bell and myself have all been talking to potential partners and hopefully over the next few weeks we will be able to make some exciting announcements but equally if there are any companies out there that want to get involved with a club that could develop in to something really special for the town of Carnoustie please get in touch and we can have a chat and discuss how we can possibly move forward together.”
