We are delighted to have agreed a deal with Caledonia Health & Fitness Scotland that will see the Carnoustie gym sponsor the squads rain jackets.
The squad went down to the gym on Tuesday evening and utilised the gym and pool as part of their strength and conditioning programme using the hi-tech equipment available
Manger Phil McGuire said It was a fantastic session and with a different approach to pre-season fitness work that hadn’t been used before.
