House Of Pain GYM is a bespoke Fitness Facility offering fitness solutions for all ages and abilities. We offer 1-1 Personal Training alongside Group Sessions and various classes. We are also home to HouseOfPainMMA and Carnoustie’s only Pro Mixed Martial Artist.

What’s your own position within the company and what does that role entail?
I’m the Owner and Head Fitness Coach. Responsible for the day to day running of the gym , organising class timetables and coordinating all instructors. Lead Personal Trainer and Professional Mixed Martial Artist.

Where about is your company based?
Just a two minute drive from Laing Park, as you enter Carnoustie from the Monifieth road. We’re located within the old Barry school which is now the Barry Business Centre. For those using sat-nav, we’re at: Main Street Barry Carnoustie Angus DD7 7RP

Do you have any previous links to the club or is this your first connection with CPFC?
This is the Gyms first connection with the club but we hope to build a successful partnership with the coaching staff and players offering fitness, training and nutrition advice.

Cal has also supported our club this season by attending a hospitality event and the forthcoming brunch
